Successfully assisting customers with real estate transactions of ALL sizes is actually Rich’s family business. His father and Broker, Ric Cornelius, is a 3 decade veteran in the real estate industry, specializing in appraising, bank repossessions, and foreclosures.

Before Rich joined the “family business”, he was flying “high” as a commercial airline pilot. Expertly trained at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Rich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 3 years and was hired as a first officer with United Express (subsequently Independence Air) based in Washington, D.C. Whether it be icy approaches into Portland, Maine, or windy approaches into Chicago's O'Hare International, Rich has successfully transported tens of 1000's of trusting passengers around the United States. After 4.5 years and approximately 4500 flying hours, Rich retired his wings in favor of a REALTOR® designation.

In Rich’s first 3 years as a Real Estate Sales & Marketing Consultant, he has completed 30+ sales totaling well over $15 million dollars. He also has the distinction of being named to the “Top 125 Realtors in N. Pinellas County for Sales Volume and Closed Transactions in 2007” by the Kenst Report. Rich offers customers and colleagues an unparalleled energy, tireless initiative, and tech-savvy knack for problem-solving and creative thinking.
